In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil over low heat. Once the oil is warm, add in amla powder and stir until fully combined. Remove from heat and add in rosemary essential oil.   • 1/2 cup sesame oil

In a small saucepan, heat sesame oil over low heat. Once the oil is warm, add in brahmi powder and stir until fully combined. Remove from heat and add in peppermint essential oil. Allow the mixture to cool before straining and storing in a glass bottle. Use as a pre-shampoo treatment, massaging the oil into your scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before washing your hair.

Note: These are just basic recipes, you can use other ayurvedic herbs like fenugreek, hibiscus, and neem. But make sure to do a patch test before using any new ingredient on your hair.
